Obituary

Sheila Kay Sullivan-Slay was born in Comanche, Oklahoma on January 6, 1958, to J.B. Sullivan and Mildred (Williams) Lion. She passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the age of 65.

After graduation, Sheila worked as a certified medication aide in nursing homes. She liked to play games, crochet and go fishing. She loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

Sheila is survived by her son Michael Starr and wife Laurieann of Marlow, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Reece Starr, Bryce Starr, Vitus Starr, Casey Knapp, Jennifer Peddycourt; brothers, Donald Sullivan and wife Deborah of Duncan and Frank Lion and wife Michelle of Meridian.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Dorothy Peddycourt; and brothers: James Sullivan and Jack Fairchild.
