Steve Harmon Blaylock was born October 22, 1947, in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Harmon and Freeda (Pendley) Blaylock. He passed away in Lawton, Oklahoma on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at the age of 76.
There are no services planned at this time according to his wishes. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
After graduating from Duncan High School, Steve went on to attend the University of Oklahoma and graduated as a registered nurse. He enjoyed reading, watching television and working on cars.
Steve is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Rita Carroll Hack. Survivors include his children: Michelle Owens and husband Dan, Stephen Blaylock, and Joseph Blaylock; grandchildren: Bryn Owens and Burke Owens; brother-in-law, Alvin Hack; niece, Stefanie Biffle; and nephew, Jeff Hack.
