Todd Hunt Obituary
William "Todd" Hunt was born on April 26, 1966, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to Charles Vernon Hunt and Carole Elaine Cole Hunt Bartel. He passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019, at the age of 52.
A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, January 21, at 2:00pm at New Beginnings Family Worship Center, 814 North "E" Street, with Pastors Toffer and Disa Schornick officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Todd graduated from Empire High School in 1984. While in school, he wrestled and played football. He was also a member of FFA. He attended Cameron University in Lawton. He married Leslie Willis on February 5, 1998, in Duncan.
He worked for Halliburton for a time, and then went to work for A&A Tank Truck Company, a division of OMNI Environmental Solutions. He was a supervisor for A&A and worked there for 10 years. He loved to work. He enjoyed grilling, fishing and hunting. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Todd was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bro. C. L. and Bertha Mildred Cole, two uncles, Stanley Cole and Jody Hunt; and stepfather, Eddie Bartel.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Leslie; parents, Charles and Bettye Hunt and Elaine Bartel; children, Triston Cook, Caleb Hunt, Cori Hunt, and Cari Hunt; brothers, Steve Miller and Eddie Bartel; sister, Julie and Dean Harlan; parents-in-law, Buddy and Betty Willis; sisters-in-law, Jeri and Lloyd Newton, Christie Wright, Bobbie and Mike Watts, and Toni Willis; brother-in-law, Jon and Randi Willis; and many nieces and nephews.
