Vicki Janiece Garrett was born in Marlow, Oklahoma on December 11, 1961, to Ronnie Owens and Jerri (Rollins) Peddycourt. She passed away in Duncan on Tuesday, October 26, at the age of 61.

Throughout her life, Vicki worked in retail stores including Goodner's Grocery and Buy For Less. She married Jimmy Don Garrett on June 16, 1994. Vicki loved antiques and enjoyed watching movies, going fishing, and spending time with her husband. She loved going to church and was a member of Miracle Revival Center.
Preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Jarod Savage, Vicki is survived by her husband; children: Heath McGuire and Ashley McGuire; brothers: Keith Peddycourt and Robbie Peddycourt; sister, Jeannie Savage.
